The objective of Radio Teemaneng Stereo is to reflect the diversity and views of listeners through its programmes. Our income is mainly generated from the proceeds of advertising, talk shows, radio drama programmes and educational programmes. The station was a pilot project of the Training Education Research and Resource Centre. Radio Teemaneng has over the years comply with its license conditions through interaction between radio and community, religion, regardless of race, which is relevant as the spoken languages in the Kimberley region and surrounding areas.
Radio Teemaneng Stereo is one of South Africa’s leading community radio stations that serves all communities, Afrikaans and English, IsiXhosa, by producing programmes in all four languages namely Setswana, creed or colour within the Kimberley region. These are the main sources, with which we sustain the station to cover the day to day running cost and payments of our staff.
